JULY 22 – 24 CAMPING REMINDER
On the shores of Lake Tomahawk is a pristine campground reminiscent of
the Northwoods charm and mystique. If you have been in the Northwoods
of Wisconsin, you are probably recalling the pine smell right now.
The Kids, Kids, Kids Campout will be held in the Northwoods at the Indian
Shores (www.indian-shores.com) (see them on Facebook) from July 22 – 24
I have been told that the Indian Shores has “no charge” showers and 30
Amp service. There is an outdoor pool and water toys are available to rent.
Of interest to me is their “motorized” chaise lounge. Oh Boy—now we’re
talking fun. (rental pontoon 715 617-3199) How many can we fit on a pontoon?
FYI: Firewood will cost $6 for 11 pieces. Firepit is Centralized
Our Youth Coordinator, Jason Staffin, has been planning some fun activities
for the kids—–maybe the adults will join in, too!
There are several activities for you to enjoy. I’d like to Pet a Porcupine,
wouldn’t you? Well, at the Wildwood Wildlife Park, that might happen. Their
